Donations Support Guidelines
1. Please allow four weeks processing time on all donation requests.
2. Your Earth Dinner must:
- source local, sustainable and organic ingredients for your event
- stimulate meaningful discussion at your event about our connection to food,
farming, and the earth
3. Available Items for Request:
You may request any of the following items for your Earth Dinner by submitting
the Earth Dinner Support Request Form.
- Monetary Grants: Cash donations ranging from $250 to $1,000.
- Earth Dinner Card Decks: Fun and creative activity cards that will spark
conversation about food, farming and the earth at your Earth Dinner.
- Silent Auction Kit: One year of free milk! Kit includes one
Earth Dinner Card Deck, 52 Organic Valley free product coupons, and one
display poster for your auction.
- Food donations from Organic Valley: Please see our product listings at www.organicvalley.coop.
- For events with 100+ guests, you may request to have an Organic Valley
farmer-member speak at your event. Speaker requests are dependant
on availability of farmers in your vicinity.
4. Fill out the online Earth Dinner Support Request Form completely and send
by clicking on SUBMIT.
